What was announced
Signia announced the MaX platform on 24 August 2026. No date has been given for Turkey.
What the manufacturer says it does
The points below are the manufacturer’s own description. They have not been measured by us, and real-world benefit depends on your hearing, your ear and how the device is fitted.

Key specifications (manufacturer’s statement)
Styles and models: Pure Charge&Go MaX (rechargeable RIC), 8 colour options; performance classes from 7 down to 3 according to the German announcement.
- Platform: Multi-adaptive Xperience (MaX); four task-specific deep neural networks (speech, own voice, environment, noise)
- Chip: manufacturer states 54× the processing power, 2× the memory and 50% better energy efficiency than its previous IX generation
- OneConnect: Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth LE Audio, Auracast and telecoil in the same device; full Auracast functionality via a Signia One app update by March 2027
- Battery: up to 30 hours per charge; pocket-size portable charger with a user-replaceable battery, 4 full charges stored, 4-hour full charge, 30 minutes for up to 6 hours of use
- Signia One app replaces the current app; its assistant accepts spoken requests, and left/right volume can be set separately
- First markets on 24 August 2026: USA, Germany, Nordic countries
These figures are the manufacturer’s own statements and have not been verified by an independent laboratory. Comparative claims against other brands, rankings and scores are deliberately not published here.
What it means in practice
A new platform does not change the basics. A device only performs as well as its fitting: the setting has to be matched to your hearing and checked in your own ear. In our centre that check is done with real-ear measurement on an Interacoustics Callisto system. If your current device works well for you, a new launch on its own is not a reason to replace it.
Our relationship with Signia
We are an authorised Signia dealer. When MaX devices become available here, the manufacturer warranty will be processed through us and fitting will be done with the current Signia software.
Before you come: our centre does not perform diagnostic hearing tests, ENT examinations, medical reports or prescriptions — those are done at state and university hospitals. We do not offer pre-employment hearing tests. If you have a report, bring it; the fitting starts from there.
