Arranging a visit
Visits are by appointment. When you call or send a message, please tell us:
- which language you would like to be seen in — English, Arabic or Russian
- whether this is about a new device, an existing device, or a repair
- whether you already have a hospital report
Please arrange this in advance. Foreign-language service cannot be promised to someone who arrives unannounced, and we would rather set aside proper time than rush you.
Before you travel across the city
Two things are worth knowing in advance, because they are the most common reason a visit turns out to be unnecessary:
- We do not perform diagnostic hearing tests, ENT examinations, medical reports or prescriptions. Those are done at state and university hospitals.
- We do not provide hearing tests for driving licences or for employment.
If that is what you need, a hospital is the right destination and we would rather tell you now than after your journey.
Call or send a message
Weekdays 09:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-15:00. If you write on WhatsApp, please mention your language and what the visit is about.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment?
For service in English, Arabic or Russian, yes — please book in advance and state your language. It lets us set aside the right time.
Is there parking nearby?
Tunus Caddesi has four paid car parks, so finding a space is usually easy; hourly rates are roughly 100-150 TL as of 2026. Street parking itself is limited during working hours, and public transport from Kızılay is also convenient.
Is the centre accessible?
The building has a lift and the centre is on the second floor.
Can I send a message instead of calling?
Yes, WhatsApp is fine. Please include your language and what the visit is about, so a suitable time can be offered.
