What was announced
Phonak announced Eon on 24 August 2026. There is no official written date for Turkey, but the distributor information reaching our centre points to Germany in October 2026, distribution to authorised audiologists in Turkey after the Istanbul launch in November 2026, and general availability around December 2026. This is planning information, not a manufacturer announcement, and it may change.

What it means in practice
A new platform does not change the basics. A device only performs as well as its fitting: the setting has to be matched to your hearing and checked in your own ear. In our centre that check is done with real-ear measurement on an Interacoustics Callisto system. If your current device works well for you, a new launch on its own is not a reason to replace it.
Our relationship with Phonak
We are not a Phonak dealer. For Phonak devices we carry out cleaning, parts, user training and follow-up in the centre; software adjustment depends on access to the manufacturer’s fitting software, which we check before promising anything. Warranty runs through the authorised channel you bought from.
Before you come: our centre does not perform diagnostic hearing tests, ENT examinations, medical reports or prescriptions — those are done at state and university hospitals. We do not offer pre-employment hearing tests. If you have a report, bring it; the fitting starts from there.
