Beltone announced Illuminate on 10 August 2026; it became available in the United States on 20 August 2026. No date has been given for Turkey.
What the manufacturer says it does
The points below are the manufacturer’s own description. They have not been measured by us, and real-world benefit depends on your hearing, your ear and how the device is fitted.

What it means in practice
A new platform does not change the basics. A device only performs as well as its fitting: the setting has to be matched to your hearing and checked in your own ear. In our centre that check is done with real-ear measurement on an Interacoustics Callisto system. If your current device works well for you, a new launch on its own is not a reason to replace it.
Our relationship with Beltone
Beltone is not part of our portfolio and we are not a Beltone dealer. For Beltone devices we can carry out cleaning, parts and user training; software adjustment depends on access to the manufacturer’s fitting software. Warranty runs through the authorised channel you bought from.
Before you come: our centre does not perform diagnostic hearing tests, ENT examinations, medical reports or prescriptions — those are done at state and university hospitals. We do not offer pre-employment hearing tests. If you have a report, bring it; the fitting starts from there.
